NEW YORK (AP) — Stock futures are rising again and U.S. markets appear to be headed for a positive week, driven by resurgent corporate earnings.
Dow Jones industrial futures are up 8 points to 15,462. S&P futures have tacked on a half a point to 1,749. Nasdaq futures are up 11.25 points to 3,382.25.
The Nasdaq and the S&P are up more than 4 percent this month, with the latter hitting new record highs throughout the week and the tech heavy Nasdaq rising to 13-year highs.
Amazon.com, Microsoft and Zynga were all up more than 6 percent in premarket trading Friday on surprisingly strong quarterly numbers released late Thursday.
UPS beat Wall Street expectations with its third quarter earnings Friday and profit at Procter & Gamble rose 8 percent in its most recent quarter.
